What You’ll Do:
🎭 Plan, implement, and monitor vibrant cultural programs in arts, theatre, dance, music, film, and literature
🌍 Build and maintain strong partnerships with cultural institutions in Tanzania and Germany
📱 Manage social media & website content to promote programs
📊 Handle program administration, including contracts, budgets, and reports
💼 Provide secretariat support to the Institute Director
What We’re Looking For:
📌 University degree in a relevant field
📌 Profound knowledge of and interest in Tanzania’s cultural scene
📌 Fluency in English and Kiswahili
📌 German is a plus (or willingness to learn)
📌 Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
📌 Experience in cultural program management
📌 Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Canva/Photoshop)
📌 A highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills
📌 Ability to work under pressure.
The position is initially offered for two years, with the potential of extension based on performance and organizational priorities.
