Synopsis: Clara lives facing the sea in Aquarius, the last old-style building on Boa Viagem Avenue in Recife. A retired journalist and writer, a widow with three grown-up children and the owner of a cozy apartment full of records and books, she will face the onslaught of a construction company that has other plans for the land: to demolish Aquarius and make way for a new development.

Synopsis: Clara anaishi pembezoni mwa bahari huko Aquarius, nyumba yenye muudo wa zamani barabara ya Boa Viagem huko Recife. Mwandishi wa habari na mwandishi aliyestaafu, Mjane mwenye watoto watatu wakubwa wanaoweza kujitegemea na mmiliki wa nyumba nzuri na tulivu iliyojaa rekodi na vitabu, anakabiliwa na shambulio la kampuni ya ujenzi ambalo lina mipango mingine ya ardhi: kubomoa Aquarius na kufanya njia kwa maendeleo mapya.
