The Africa-Europe Partnerships for Culture: Sub-Saharan Africa, Connect & Create programme is now accepting applications for mobility grants supporting artists and cultural professionals.
The programme is open to practitioners working in:
Visual Arts • Performing Arts • Music • Literature • Film • Media Arts • Cultural Heritage • Design • Architecture • Fashion
We welcome applications from across Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe. These grants support peer learning, research, co-creation, creative practice, exhibitions, and professional exchange — placing African practitioners at the centre of continental and international cultural collaboration.
📅 Eligible mobilities must begin on or after 1 June 2026
👤 Individual applications only (Applicants affiliated with organisations or collectives must apply individually and clearly outline their personal professional development goals.)
