House of WONDAR invites choreographers based across Africa to create an original short dance film with our 8 performers during a 2-week residency in Dar es Salaam.
This project is for artists interested in developing work for video and social media — with a focus on visual storytelling and social impact.
Eligibility:
Open to choreographers based in Africa (excluding Tanzania) · All styles welcome
What we offer:
• Return flight to Dar es Salaam
• Accommodation + per diem
• €1,000 artistic fee
• Production budget (costumes, video, music)
Apply with:
• Concept (max. 100 words)
• 1-min presentation video
• 3 work samples
• Optional moodboard
