[EXHIBITION] ARTIST TALK: Gertrude Malizeni – Mboni ya Mama
You are welcome to an intimate artist talk and creative workshop with Gertrude Malizeni, current artist-in-residence. In this session, titled Mboni ya Mama, Gertrude invites fellow artists and creatives to reflect on the often-unseen work of women in our communities. Through storytelling, conversation, and photography, participants will honour the strength, dignity, and beauty found in informal labour. Whether capturing images or crafting written portraits, this workshop celebrates the women who quietly hold the world together.
