Wazawa Music Band started in 2018 as a mchiriku music band performing small street concerts, The band is based in Tandale, one of the most popular places in Dar es Salaam. Mchiriku is one of the strongest music genres born on the streets of Dar es Salaam. Wazawa music band includes ten member artists include both instrumentalists and singers.
Claudian Charles Muchunguzi popularly known as Dj blackiie by artistic name. He is a very talented young Tanzanian whose current career is currently in Dar es Salaam and often works alone or as a solo artist.
