Synopsis.

A young boy loses his mother and is sent to live with his relatives with his pet sheep. He faces struggles when his relatives ask him to sacrifice his sheep for a holiday.

For May’s Picha La Leo we present Yared Zeleke’s layered portrayal of a young boy finding his way again after loss and displacement. Often noted for its breathtaking cinematography and brilliant performances, Lamb screens Friday 31st May from 7pm at Ajabu Ajabu AV Gallery
