Niko Njiani…Nimefika is a sound and poetry project by historian and writer Alma Simba\, under the @gcsmus project of TU Berlin with collaboration from @ajabuajabu + @dcmazanzibar. The project explores the experiences of Tanzanian women and urban transport: daladala\, bajaj and boda boda. The exhibition asks questions such as – what challenges do women face when getting on daladala\, bajaj and boda? what was it like in the past? what do women think about\, dream about in moments of transit?
