DESCRIPTION:Are you a trained and talented 2D animator who wants to benefit from a unique opportunity to upgrade your skills in character animation techniques? \nThis call is for you! \n  \nGOBELINS and Mollo Academy are teaming up to deliver their first 2D Animation summer school in Johannesburg targeting creatives from South Africa and other African countries to enhance the skills of the next-gen of animators. \nWhat you get: 8 days of hands-on workshop under the supervision of Mollo and GOBELINS Paris teachers\, 7 master classes by key lead animators from both South Africa and France and a 2D animation guide book designed by Mollo Academy. \n  \nThere are two possible ways to benefit from this training: \n\nOnline and/or in person for the 7 master classes (Auditor package – R1000)\, no selection process is required\, please proceed directly to purchasing your ticket.\nIn person in Johannesburg for the full program (Full package – R2500)\, you are required to apply and be selected in order to take part in this package.\n\nSchedule:  \n18 Oct – Oct 29 2024 \nFull training:  \nFriday 18th October \nCheck-in\, tour and software setup from 09h00 to 12h30 \nWelcome and introduction by guest speaker\, Antonio Canobbio\, Vice President of Titmouse\, Inc. \nMonday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm \nFrom 5pm to 9pm – Summer School after hours – Optional \nAlong with the masterclasses\, after-hours optional workshops and talks will be also be hosted.
