DESCRIPTION:La Fabrique Cinéma at the Festival de Cannes 2025 (17th edition)\nLa Fabrique Cinéma has been created by the FRENCH iNSTITUTE to support new talented filmmakers\non the international market.\nThis programme has been developed in close association with the Festival de Cannes and the Marché\ndu Film. Ten projects in development (1st or 2nd feature film) are selected and invited to Cannes. The\naim is to create concrete opportunities for these projects by providing access to different activities\nand personalized support through one-to-one and group meetings with key players in the film\nindustry. \nSELECTION CRITERIA\n* The project film in development must be the director’s first or second feature-length (fiction\, documentary or animation).\n* The director and the producer must come from one of the eligible countries and the producer must have a production company in one of the eligible countries.\n* The producer must have produced a short- or feature-length film in the last five years.\n* Each director or producer may only submit one film project.\n* Due to the international environment of the Cannes Market\, the director and the producer must speak English.\n* Priority will be given to projects that do not yet have co-producers\, or that have only one associate co-producer.\n* Application must be complete to be considered. \nDeadline: The registration deadline will be announced once the 110th eligible application will be received\nand by Wednesday\, November\, 6\, 2024 \n  \n
