Join us for an evening of contemporary dance at Muda Kona.
Over the past four weeks, artist Selam has been in residence at Muda Africa, supported by the Alliance francaise of Dar es Salaam.
The residency culminates in two performances created by Selam:
✨ UMOJA (7pm)
A warm-up performance created with Muda students through the WomanMoon Project, celebrating unity, womanhood, creativity, and collective expression.
✨ Dance of the Stolen Souls
A powerful solo work reflecting on memory, loss, resilience, and hope through the imagined journey of a child’s soul after war.
