ASEDEVA is excited to officially announce the 7th edition of the MARAFIKI ARTS FESTIVAL, an international festival of dance, music, theatre, and other performing arts, bringing together artists from Tanzania and beyond.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate arts, culture, creativity, and life through a carefully curated programme of outstanding performances and cultural experiences.
MARAFIKI ARTS FESTIVAL 2026 will take place:
8 October 2026 — Slow Leopard, Masaki | 7:00 PM
9–10 October 2026 — Nafasi Art Space, Mikocheni
11 October 2026 — Firefly, Bagamoyo | Grand Finale
The festival will feature a diverse range of performing arts, including live music, contemporary and traditional dance, theatre, cultural performances, and more. Alongside the performances, audiences will enjoy food, drinks, entertainment, creative products, and business exhibitions.
We have prepared a special programme for you, and we are ready to welcome you. Your presence and support as artists, arts stakeholders, cultural practitioners, music and dance lovers, and members of our wider community are an important part of making Marafiki Arts Festival possible.
